Wall panels ship as boxes and pallets, not single sheets, and understanding how quantities, minimums and shipping zones work saves both money and back-and-forth at checkout. This FAQ covers how ordering works at Wall Panels Pro across all product families, shipped from Latvia and EU warehouses.

How products are packed

MCM flexible stone tiles are sold per sheet but shipped in full boxes. Box contents vary by format. For example, a 1200 × 600 mm format packs 16 sheets per box (11.52 m²), while larger formats pack fewer, bigger sheets. Each product page lists its box quantity and coverage.

In-Acoustic PET felt panels ship as individual tiles or sets, with no box minimum.

Sonablock wood wool panels ship on pallets. A pallet of 25mm panels covers approximately 30.96 m²; a pallet of 15mm panels covers approximately 50.4 m².

Minimum order quantities

MCM products: minimum one box. PET felt: no minimum. Sonablock: minimum one pallet for all variants, natural and painted alike. Orders below one full pallet are possible but carry a €255 handling surcharge, which reflects the real cost of breaking and repacking a pallet. For most projects, ordering the full pallet is the better value.

In-Acoustic PET felt panels ship free across the EU, the UK, Norway and Switzerland, with delivery to most destinations in 3 to 5 business days. Other product families ship at rates calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Delivery times

Felt panels: 3 to 5 business days to most EU destinations. Palletised goods such as Sonablock: 5 to 8 business days. Latvian products dispatch from Latvia; MCM tiles and other imported ranges ship from EU warehouses. Frequently asked questions

Can I order less than one pallet of Sonablock?

Yes, any quantity is possible, but orders below one pallet carry a €255 surcharge. One full 25mm pallet covers about 30.96 m², which suits most medium rooms; the surcharge usually makes partial pallets poor value compared to simply ordering the pallet.

How do I know how many boxes or pallets my project needs?

Do you ship MCM tiles outside Europe?

Checkout supports Europe, the UK, Norway, Switzerland, and selected overseas markets (USA, Canada, Australia) depending on product family. For destinations outside these markets (the Gulf region, Asia, Africa), contact us for an export quote; large MCM orders can be arranged as direct B2B shipments.

When is shipping free?

All In-Acoustic PET felt orders ship free. Sonablock orders of roughly two pallets or more (680 kg+) ship free to all served zones.

Why is there a surcharge for partial pallets?

Wood wool cement boards are heavy, rigid panels that ship safely only when properly palletised. Breaking a pallet means manual repacking and higher damage risk in transit; the €255 surcharge covers that handling.

Where do orders ship from?

Latvian products (Sonablock, PET felt panels, wood slat panels) ship from Latvia. MCM flexible stone tiles and other imported ranges ship from EU warehouses. All dispatch points are within the EU, which means no customs procedures for EU customers and predictable transit times.

Can businesses get volume pricing?
