Aerolite Board – Featherlight Form, High-Altitude Aesthetic

Defy convention with the ultra-lightweight, future-forward character of the Aerolite Board by Wall Panels Pro. Taking its name from the aerolite meteorite — the lightest class of stony meteorite — this MCM panel combines an unexpectedly lightweight panel construction with a compelling, textured surface that evokes the pitted, glassy surface of meteoritic stone, creating an architectural material that is as technically impressive as it is visually distinctive.

The large-format 2820 x 1130 mm panel and unique surface character of the Aerolite Board make it particularly suited to high-impact contemporary interior feature walls, technology sector environments, premium residential ceiling applications, and any architectural context where a material that challenges conventional assumptions about weight, scale, and visual interest is the specification goal.

The technically impressive panel for boundary-pushing architectural projects, the Aerolite Board offers:

  • Distinctive textured surface character inspired by the pitted surface of meteoritic stone
  • Large-format 2820 x 1130 mm panel for expansive, high-impact wall installations
  • Exceptional lightweight construction despite the substantial panel format
  • Durable, weather-resistant MCM material suitable for interior and exterior applications

Go where no wall panel has gone before with the Aerolite Board — lightweight innovation, extraordinary visual impact.

1
Surface prep: Clean, dry, and structurally sound substrate required. Suitable for concrete, brick, plasterboard, and existing tile. No special primer needed for most surfaces.
2
Adhesive: Use standard flexible tile adhesive (C2TEs1 class or equivalent). Apply with notched trowel, 4-6 mm depth. Full coverage recommended for exterior use.
3
Layout: Plan sheet alignment before applying adhesive. MCM panels can be cut with standard tile cutter, angle grinder, or sharp knife for thin sections.

Grouting: Grout joints 3+ mm recommended. Use flexible, frost-resistant grout for exterior applications. Colour-match to panel for seamless result.
5
Finishing: No sealing required in interior applications. For high-traffic and outside areas, optional hydrophobic coating can be applied after 48h curing.
