About the material

What is Tysten SPC?

Tysten is a rigid Stone Polymer Composite (SPC) wall finishing and decoration panel, manufactured by Beijing MATTERIA Materials Co., Ltd. The core is a dense blend of roughly 40% PVC, 8% supporting polymers and 52% inorganic silicate powder (density 2.1 g/cm³), giving the panel structural rigidity, dimensional stability and a fully waterproof, non-porous surface.

Panels are supplied in six surface finishes — granite, travertine, slate, sandstone, wood-effect and a linear/fluted texture — in large formats that minimise joints across a wall. Fixing is by full-surface gluing with a suitable adhesive, direct onto drywall, concrete or an existing tiled substrate.

  • Format: 2400 × 1200 mm and 2900 × 1200 mm sheets (custom sizes up to 3200 mm on request)
  • Thickness: 3–5 mm, giving an approximate panel weight of 6.3–10.5 kg/m²
  • Applications: bathrooms, wet zones, kitchens, lobbies, feature walls, hospitality and commercial fit-outs

Fire performance

Class C-s3,d0 to EN 13501-1, glued to a gypsum plasterboard substrate (≥525 kg/m³) or A1/A2-s1,d0 substrate.

Full-surface gluing with a suitable panel adhesive. No grout, minimal joints.

Heavy metals, formaldehyde & VC monomer

What is the minimum order?

Tysten SPC panels are supplied from a minimum of 100 sheets per project, mixed across sizes and finishes as needed. This range is intended for trade, contractor and distributor accounts working at project scale, with delivery scheduled direct to your site.

Is Tysten certified for the EU market?

Yes. Panels are CE marked under Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011 and assessed to EN 15102:2007+A1:2011 by Notified Body 1023 (ITC Zlín), achieving fire class C-s3,d0. Independent lab testing also confirms heavy metals, formaldehyde and vinyl chloride monomer levels are within safe limits for interior use.

How are large orders delivered?

Bulk orders are palletised and delivered direct to your site or yard on a schedule agreed at quote stage. Share your delivery address and target date when requesting pricing and we will confirm lead time.
