Order & Delivery Process

1. We prepare a quotation based on your request.
   
2. Once the quotation is confirmed, a proforma invoice is issued.
   
3. Payment is made according to the proforma invoice.
   
4. Production of goods begins upon receipt of payment.
   
5. A packing list and final invoice are prepared.
   
6. The goods are collected by DHL from our facility.
   
7. All required documents (proforma invoice, packing list, proof of payment) are provided to DHL.
   
8. DHL manages the export customs documentation.
   
9. The goods are shipped to the destination country.
   
10. Upon arrival, the import customs procedure can be handled either by you directly or through DHL. Applicable VAT and duties must be settled in the destination country.
    
11. DHL completes final delivery of the goods.
