Delivery to Non-EU Countries — Order & Shipping Process
For customers outside the European Union, we handle the full export process in partnership with DHL. Below is our standard order and delivery workflow to ensure transparency at every step.
Quotation
We prepare a detailed quotation based on your product request, quantities and destination country.
Proforma Invoice
Once the quotation is confirmed, a proforma invoice is issued for your review and approval.
Payment
Payment is made according to the proforma invoice. Production begins upon receipt of cleared funds.
Production & Packing
Goods are produced and a packing list together with the final invoice are prepared for your shipment.
DHL Collection
Goods are collected by DHL from our facility in Latvia. All export documents are provided to DHL.
Export Customs
DHL manages export customs documentation, including the proforma invoice, packing list and proof of payment.
International Transit
Goods are shipped to your destination country via DHL international express or economy service.
Import Customs
Upon arrival, import customs can be handled by you or through DHL. Applicable VAT and duties must be settled in the destination country.
Final Delivery
DHL completes final delivery to your specified address. Tracking is provided throughout the entire process.
