The Thermo Aspen Acoustic Slat Panel is a slimmer slat panel: aspen slats in thermally modified (thermo) aspen on a recycled PET felt backing. Each panel is 600 mm wide and 20 mm thick, with slats 33 mm wide and 11 mm high. Panel length: 2600 mm or 2800 mm (nominal), with a black or grey felt backing.
The low profile suits smaller rooms, ceilings and walls where a lighter, finer slat pattern is wanted. The felt backing reduces reverberation and softens the sound of a room. Matching end mouldings, felt end strips, corner profiles, socket plates, fixing screws and a cutting plate are sold separately.

Installation. Panels are designed for walls and ceilings. Cut to size with a circular saw and a fine-toothed wood blade, using the cutting plate under the panel for a clean edge. Plates, mouldings and felt end strips for the 20 mm panels have their own dimensions, at the same price as for the 30 mm panels: please ask us when you order.
