What's the warranty on MCM flexible stone panels?

MCM flexible stone tile carries a 10-year producer warranty, provided installation followed normal conditions - the manufacturer's fixing method, a suitable substrate, and the product used within the environment it's rated for. It's the clearest warranty position we can give across the range.

What counts as "normal installation conditions"?

In practice: a correctly prepared substrate, full-coverage adhesive and grouting as specified, and the panel kept within its intended use - a dry accent wall, not a shower wall or a kitchen splashback behind a hob. Installing MCM tile somewhere we've already advised against, like a wet zone or behind a hob, is exactly the kind of use that falls outside normal conditions and risks the warranty along with the panel itself.

What about PET felt, wood wool and wood slat panels?

Warranty terms differ by product line and manufacturer for these materials. Contact us with the specific product before you order if warranty coverage is part of your decision - we'd rather confirm it upfront than have you assume MCM's terms apply across the board.
