Our Sapelli Barcode Wood Slat Panel combines the distinctive interlocking ribbon-like grain of sapelli veneer with a mixed-width barcode arrangement on black felt. The interplay between the natural grain pattern and the barcode layout creates a truly one-of-a-kind wall finish - a statement piece for luxury hospitality and high-end residential projects.
Panel sizes: 600-2980 mm length, 300 or 600 mm width. GRS-certified recycled polyester felt backing (7 mm or 9 mm), black or grey. MDF slats 12 mm thick, 27 mm wide. Custom sizes available - contact us for a response within 12 hours.
Combining sapelli's ribbon-like grain with the barcode's varying slat widths means no two sections of wall ever repeat the same pattern - each slat carries its own grain direction and its own width, which is exactly why this is positioned as the most distinctive panel in the whole range. It rewards the same raking-light treatment as the standard Sapelli panel, and pairs with brass, warm leather and jewel-toned upholstery. Given how much visual information is already in the panel, it works best against a simple, uncluttered backdrop - a single sapelli barcode wall says plenty on its own without needing a busy surrounding palette.
