Make a statement with our Walnut Barcode Wood Slat Panel - a designer acoustic wall panel featuring mixed-width walnut veneer slats arranged in a striking barcode pattern on black felt. Panel sizes: 600–2980 mm length, 300 or 600 mm width. GRS-certified recycled polyester felt backing (7 mm or 9 mm), black or grey. MDF slats 12 mm thick, 27 mm wide. Walnut's natural grain variation already means no two panels look quite alike, and the barcode's mixed slat widths amplify that further - every section of wall has its own rhythm of wide and narrow slats, each with its own grain character. It responds to the same warm, dimmable lighting as the standard Walnut panel, bringing out the tone's depth in the evening, and pairs with tan leather, brass fittings and warm neutral upholstery. Because of how much visual texture is already built into the panel, it tends to work best as a single feature wall - behind a bed, a reception desk or a bar - rather than wrapped around a whole room.
The PET felt backing is GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certified — made from post-consumer recycled plastic bottles. Using recycled felt instead of virgin materials significantly reduces embodied carbon compared to conventional acoustic products.
