100% birch plywood from the Stiga RM mill in Kuldīga, Latvia: C grade on both faces, the utility grade that gives full birch strength and water-resistant phenolic bonding at the lowest price per sheet. Cross-bonded 1.5 mm birch veneers, phenolic (WBP) glue, formaldehyde class E1, produced to EN 636-2S (bonding class 2 per EN 314) for interior and humid conditions.
What the grade means
C grade permits all sound and unsound knots, open knots and holes up to 40 mm (up to 10 per m²), open splits up to 10 mm wide, discolouration, dents and up to 50% unsanded surface. Delamination and bark are never permitted. The sheet is chosen for its mechanical performance, not its looks.
Typical uses
Packaging and crates, pallets and collars, temporary site protection, hoarding and formwork backing, shelving in warehouses, any job where the surface will be covered or does not matter.

Ordering
Prices shown are indicative, per sheet, EXW Latvia (ex works, transport not included) and apply to the minimum order of half a truck load: about 8 packs, roughly 18 m³ or 12.5 tonnes. The mill produces to order and holds no stock: production takes up to 3 weeks depending on season, plus transit. Mixing thicknesses and grades within one load is confirmed at quotation. We quote full truck loads across Europe and container loads worldwide, as well as other thicknesses, the 1220 × 2440 mm format or FSC-certified material: contact us for a project price. Larger volumes are priced lower.
