Sonablock Wood Wool Acoustic Panels: Canadian Distribution Partner Wanted
We're looking to work with importers, distributors, and building-materials wholesalers in Canada who can resell Sonablock, European-manufactured wood wool cement board (WWCB) acoustic panels, to contractors, architects, and end customers in their region. Manufactured in Latvia (EU) by Stiga RM, a PEFC-certified producer, independently tested by RISE Research Institutes of Sweden.

Fibre widths and finish
1.0 mm fibre
Fine, dense surface. Offices, healthcare, hospitality.
1.5 mm fibre
Standard tactile texture, the most common choice.
2.0 mm fibre
Coarse, industrial aesthetic. Available on 25 mm only.
Finishes: natural unpainted, or painted White/Light Grey/Dark Grey/Black (RAL). Custom RAL/NCS on request.

Sound absorption αw 0.60 (1.0 mm fibre) / αw 0.65 (1.5 mm fibre), Absorption Class C. Tested per EN ISO 354 / EN ISO 11654 by RISE Sweden.
Fire
Euroclass B-s1,d0 per EN 13501-1:2018 (low smoke, no flaming droplets).
Canadian specifications typically reference ASTM C423 (NRC) for acoustics and CAN/ULC-S102 for flame spread rather than the EU standards above. We have not yet independently verified North American test equivalence for Sonablock; contact us if your project requires ASTM/CAN-ULC documentation and we will confirm with the manufacturer.

CE marked (EN 13168:2012+A1:2015), PEFC Chain of Custody, Environmental Product Declaration (EPD-IES-0031288), no added formaldehyde, REACH compliant.

Schools, offices, gyms and sports facilities, healthcare, hospitality, cultural and institutional buildings: anywhere combined acoustic absorption and a natural, textured wall or ceiling finish is wanted.

0%. Sonablock classifies under HS 6808, which enters Canada duty free from the EU under CETA. Shipments are supplied with a CETA origin declaration.
