100% birch plywood with a wire-mesh anti-slip phenolic film face and a smooth film back from the Stiga RM mill in Kuldīga, Latvia. The embossed mesh pattern gives grip in wet conditions while the phenolic film keeps water, oil and dirt out of the wood. Cross-bonded 1.5 mm birch veneers, phenolic (WBP) glue, formaldehyde class E1, produced to EN 636-3S for exterior and humid conditions, edges sealed with water-resistant paint.
What the grade means
F/W means smooth film on one face and wire-mesh film on the other. Standard grade W1/F1 allows minor film stains on up to 15% of the surface, small matte areas and no delamination; lower W2/F2 grade is available for rough work on request. Film weight 120 g/m² as standard, 220 g/m² on request.
Typical uses
Trailer, van and truck floors, horse boxes and livestock transport, loading ramps, stage and event platforms, scaffold decks and walkways, playground and sports structures, any floor that must be non-slip and weather resistant.

Ordering
Prices shown are indicative, per sheet, EXW Latvia (ex works, transport not included) and apply to the minimum order of half a truck load: about 8 packs, roughly 18 m³ or 12.5 tonnes. The mill produces to order and holds no stock: production takes up to 3 weeks depending on season, plus transit. Mixing thicknesses and grades within one load is confirmed at quotation. We quote full truck loads across Europe and container loads worldwide, as well as other thicknesses, 220 g film, the 1220 × 2440 mm format or FSC-certified material: contact us for a project price. Larger volumes are priced lower.
